“Second Street District: A Catalyst for Downtown Redevelopment”

Margaret Shaw is the Economic Redevelopment Program Manager for the City of Austin, Margaret, helps to manage public-private real estate partnerships, such as mixed-use projects in and near Austin’s central business district.  Two current projects include the 50-story tower planned at Third and West Avenue in the Seaholm District and the Austin Film Society’s conversion of the former National Guard Armory to a Creative Media Hub.

 

This will be a great event to invite a referral partner or prospective AMBA member to so we hope you can join us.
